Looking for a place in Adams Point!

Hi! I’m looking for a private or shared space in the Adams Point neighborhood of Oakland. Most of my volunteer, social, and community engagement is centered in and around Lake Merritt near Adams Point, so I’m trying to stay as close as possible. Beyond being reliable, responsible, and respectful of others, I clean and repair things for the fun of it. I have excellent tenant, professional, and community references, and a long perfect rent payment history. My commitment is so strong that I’m close to going door-knocking and offering a finders fee to help me find a clean, safe, reasonably-priced space in the Adams Point neighborhood. Professionally I do trainings and presentations related to public safety and emergency resilience. Before Covid I did lots of traveling for work, and I hope to resume that as Covid continues to fade. I love animals, but I don’t have any, so I pet sit for my friends. I am willing good karma and lifelong happiness upon the person who connects me to the living situation I seek! Thank you.
