Spacious Double Room Avaliable

Hi,

We are 3 young working professionals looking to add an additional tenant to our household. Ideally seeking an individual with similar interests to us.

The property is a 3-level semi detached property, which includes 3 bathrooms (2 with baths) and a communal kitchen/living space. We also have a driveway space for parking and a large garden that we plan to decorate.

The room available is a unfurnished spacious double room and shares a central bathroom with one other household (as the property has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each of the upper floors).

The property does not include bills, these are approx £ a month for gas/electric/broadband, with a 6 monthly water bill which has previously been £ each. Our Council Tax is in band C, making council tax around £ per month for the whole household (we each currently pay £ a month).

We have a food rota and each take turns cooking, which you'd be more than welcome to join, and often spent time together playing boardgames or watching TV. We have 2 cats, called Willow and O’Malley, so please be aware if you have an allergy.
