Looking for a room to rent

I’m am a very clean person that normally stays to themselves but don’t mind an occasional movie night or dinner. I do have a few pets that would come with me but only my cats would leave the room. I don’t drink or do drugs and mostly just work, go to the gym, or watch Netflix.
