Room available at end of summer

Hi! My current roommate is moving out with her boyfriend and I am looking for someone to resign the lease with at the end of August/early September in downtown Jersey city. Females only please.

About the apartment: you’d have the master bedroom with bathroom (rent split equally though). Access to rooftop pool with grills, gym in building, less than ten min walk to grove path.

Rent is but could go up if landlord increases rent (I’ll be getting the notice soon). Please feel free to send me a message and I can send more pics if interested!
