Looking for a mid-twenties, early thirties female identifying roommate to join our apartment. We live on a cozy, tree lined street in West Town, just south of Chicago Ave and a fifteen minute walk to
Division and the heart of Wicker Park. We
have lived here for two years and would like to keep this awesome apartment after our third roommate moves out. In unit washer-dryer, included garage parking if you want it, duplex with spacious communal living areas, two porches that belong to our unit.
The room can be furnished with a full bed if desired.
