Our apartment is split across the 1st floor and ground floor, available bedroom in on the ground floor.

We’re looking for someone kind, considerate, and reliable to move in (male or female). We signed a new month lease at the beginning of September, so the room is available immediately. $ + utilities (which aren’t much).

- Very close to bars and restaurants but not at all noisy

- Huge kitchen with new appliances (we have all the equipment you might need)
- Outdoor space at the front with fire pit, and well-furnished back porch
- Bike room
- Spacious common areas upstairs and downstairs, all furnished
- Off-street parking available for additional fee

About us:

- Pretty chill vibe during the week
- 2 of us work from home most of the week
- We enjoy hanging out some evenings and at the weekends
