Roommate

I am in search of a room mate situation. Preferably me moving into an established environment. You must be responsible, respectful, and friendly. Clean always - messy slightly maybe.. but that’s all subjective. Preferably my own bathroom. Private entrance would be great, but not a necessity. I am a single s something- starting over. I do have a cat- he picked me. He’s clean/fixed/ friendly. He does well with other people and other animals, and children. He is litter box trained… but prefers the great outdoors for business matters. I don’t do drugs, party or smoke drinking is certainly in moderation and I prefer my house meet us to be like-minded. Typically when working that is healthcare, weekdays. weekends off. I don’t want to live in an apartment and I don’t necessarily like children around on a continual habitual basis. If you are a parent that shares custody or a grandparent aunt or uncle that has your kids over sometimes that’s fine with me I would like something with a backyard and something where there is walkable attractions, i.e. shops, coffee, parks, things of that nature. I like art I respect culture, love hippie vibes & good music. I really believe that hope, peace, & love are under rated values… especially in modern times.
