Looking for a room for me

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist. I'm currently working from home as the online psychologist. I'm looking for a room for myself and my 9 year old cat since my current roommate (we've been getting along greatly) is going to move out to live with her boyfriend at the end of April. So I have to find someone (possibly professional) to accept me and my cat. I'm friendly, open-minded but I'm still a private person. So I like quite environment. I like cooking and make my meals.
