Clean house + own carport

Description

Looking for a clean roommate in a bath house. I’m a year old single female — I would be in the master bedroom/bathroom. You would get a bedroom and your own bath. Alternatively if you want 2 bedrooms and bathroom, you can have it if you pay more.

Common areas are furnished including appliances for shared use:
new washer & dryer
new fridge
new big screen TV in living room

You would be parking in the carport.
Theres a garage next to the carport (where I park my car) that can be used for storage of some small items.

House comes with central heat and AC; microwave and a gas stove.

Utilities would be split:
- electricity
- gas
- water & waste
- internet

Asking for security deposit of last months rent in addition to first months rent needed to move in.
