Large private bedroom in LES/east village. Share kitchen share bath. The apt is old, a true LES apt. Room is spacious with two windows facing ally way, but lots of light. AC and bed included. Must like pets, 2 cats and a dog (shown) live here too. Although the dog is quite and doesn’t bother anyone, stays in my room. Available immediately or March 1st. No couples
