Hello! Roommate needed!

I’m looking for someone who knows what they want. I’m like for us to clean weekly and keep our common space tidy throughout. I don’t care about your personal space/room so long as we don’t attract bugs or anything. I like to have quiet hours in place we both agree on. If we have guests over I’d just like to know beforehand. Other than that I like to play music, cook, and work most of the time. So when I’m home I’m usually in for the night. Only queer friendly and Black friendly inquiries. Preferably no republicans. No passive aggressive communication. No pets. Thank you!!
