East Irving park room for rent

One room available (your choice of smaller or larger) in mid-May or beginning of June, Irving park near California and Irving Park road. Rooms are approximately ten by twelve and twelve by sixteen. The smaller room has a built in wardrobe that takes up space but can still fit a queen sized bed and dresser well. The room would be unfurnished but everything else in the apartment is mine which you can use in the common spaces. Move in fee is hundred refundable as a deposit rent and utilities $ hundred per month for small room, $ one thousand per month for large room. Backyard/patio for smokers, coin laundry in basement.

Neighborhood and transportation: Lots of restaurants and bars in the area, 4 blocks from target and other stores, equidistant from blue line and brown line but not walkable. busses nearby to take you to trains however.
