Room in great apartment

Hi everyone! Looking for someone to fill a room in my apartment
Some things about the place:
-amazing location, literally steps from the 6 train and M bus
-huge kitchen (with skylight!!) and separate living room
-laundry in building
-walk up, but top floor so no loud upstairs neighbors and easy access to roof
A little about me: I have been living in this apartment for almost 5 years and love it. I work as a garden designer so the place is absolutely full of plants!! I also play bass in a band but i practice with headphones. I love to draw and paint. Mostly i keep to myself and work a lot, but am down to watch tv together or whatever. I’m very clean and would prefer someone who will help keep the place looking nice :) Roommate is also in her twenties, loves music, and is very chill.
