Are you looking for a room to rent?

Look no further! We are 2 college students, male and female, looking for a chill, friendly roommate to occupy the private room in our 3 bedroom apartment.

The room includes an in-built closet with shelves. The private room can easily fit a queen-size bed and the dresser/desk. And it includes an AC!

Aside from the private room, you have access to the shared living room and kitchen. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer, so cleaning your clothes in the comfort of your home has never been easier! No quarters needed!

Our ideal roommate:

Respectful and considerate of roommate’s belongings and space

Has a stable job and can provide proof of employment (2 most recent paystubs)

Good Credit Score and comfortable running background check

Ok with weekly house cleaning

House & Neighborhood Specs:

Heat and Hot Water are included in Rent
Wifi, gas, and electricity are paid separately.

Very close to MTA transit: (2 min walk) to B & D Subway station and (6 min walk) to min walk) to the nearest Bx bus stop, ( min walk) to the nearest Bx bus

5 min walk to the nearest hospital

1 min away from the nearest Fire department

5 min walk to the nearest supermarket in both directions (East and west), although we usually have our groceries delivered to us.
