I am looking to fill a bedroom in a .5 bath apartment setup located on rd St (2 rooms are available - different sizes). The bedroom is private with a very large closet and plenty of room for a queen size bed + furniture (pictured below). The bathroom is private ( bathrooms in the apartment) but the shower is shared with one other roommate. There is a gym in the building with new equipment including treadmills, free weights, and 5+ machines. Laundry is located in the basement of the building.

I am and work in finance and am looking to find 2 roommates to resign this lease at a great deal. The F and Q train are on the same block and this location makes for an easy ride to any office in Midtown. The doormen are very friendly and extremely helpful.
