Looking for private room or studio

Female, very laid back, quiet & clean. It would be for myself & my 2 super friendly fur babies (cat & small dog). Both are very well behaved. I just relocated to San Diego, can do short term rental or year lease depending on place. Ideally would love somewhere north county and with some type of outdoor space to do yoga
