I'm looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Washington Heights starting April .
Location: th Street & Haven Ave
- 5 mins from the hospital, CUIMC campus, A,C,1 train
- Close proximity to Starbucks, supermarkets
Rent: $/ month (Wi-Fi, electricity &gas included)
1-month security deposit + 1-month rent to move in $ total.
The room: FURNISHED (Bed, desk, chair & tv) bedroom with high ceilings and 2 huge closets
Only one roomie: me, female, FIT graduate illustration major graduate. In general, I'm very quiet and do not have guests coming into my apartment.
I’m looking for a (female preferred) drama free responsible person with no constant guest
