Right by Hofstra University. Students preferred. House has 2 baths. Currently 4 beds are occupied. There’s a backyard and driveway. Comes with washing machines. All girls house, will have security cameras for safety purposes in driveway and door. We have yet to move in so the decor is not what it will look like once we move in! Lease signs in may and deposit is due in may. Move in day is June 1st
