Quiet Prof. Woman Seeking Room

I'm a professional woman looking for a room. I work full time and have a Toy Poodle who is extremely mild mannered and rarely barks if ever. I'm quiet and personable though I rest a lot since I work a lot. Looking for a quiet, clean room with private bathroom. Preferably with a woman around the same age.
