Looking to rent a private room

Hi! Looking to rent a private room in or near Greer with private bath. I have my own business, teach at Casacdes and also work a night job in Tryon, NC so I need to be no further out than min from Tryon. I’m clean, neat, respectful and often work from a cafe on my days off. I’m an avid hiker, kayaker and camper. I am outdoors and often as possible. I value a peaceful environment. I barely drink and do not smoke. My kids are grown adults and live in jersey. I do not have pets. I like yo keep life simple!
