Bright & cosy 1 BR for woman in 2BR

I’m searching for a women ( yo) for a room in a 2 BR apartment.
The rent is $ per month (all included) + $ electric charges per person.
The lease is from June 1st until the end of April .

The bedroom on the pictures will be yours. The previous tenant is selling the room furniture for $.
The kitchen, living room and bathroom are to share with me ( yo), young female data scientist from France.

There is a laundry in the basement of the house that we can use on Wednesday and Saturdays for free (pm).
We can also enjoy the garden.
The area is really quiet and the house was renovated 6 months ago. You will need min to walk to Journal square Path Station.

It’s a smoke and pet free apartment. No parking spot is available in front of the house but street parking is possible in the area.

I’d like you to provide a description of yourself and we’ll meet in person.
About myself: I’m really sociable, I like to invite my friends from France to stay in the apartment to visit New York. I love playing my Cello. It’s really important for me that we respect each other privacy and be quiet starting at pm. You must also be discrete.
