Prime Hell’s Kitchen Apartment

MAY MOVE IN DATE, 1NE YEAR LEASE.
I currently want to renew my apartment but my roommate is moving out. The apartment is on the top floor (9th) of a pre-war building on a tree lined street in Hell’s Kitchen. The kitchen is renovated - stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, and gas stove. It has a huge living room with tons of closet space. The room available has a bay window facing North. There is a hr doorman and laundry in the basement. Also, there is no fee pets nor is the a pet weight limit and I welcome any pet (: Let me know if you want to see pictures!
