I am looking for someone to sublease (beginning of May- July ) my apartment. They are 2 rooms, each on with a private bathroom in a apartment at Northgate Lakes.
Rent is $ each per month (current price $).
The apartment is fully furnished and it is in front of the main pool. The complex includes 2 pools, BBQ grills, gym and a volleyball court. Really close to UCF campus (behind FBC Mortgage Stadium). There is a shuttle bus that goes to UCF.
