Two bedrooms available in a private residence. My current roommates are female and would prefer a female roommate. Non smoking (cigarettes or ). Pets considered with a pet fee, but must do well with a cat or dog. Please be accepting of potential lbg lifestyles.

No illegal activities, background checks required for you and your guest, overnight visits as current roommates are comfortable.
