I'm looking for someone to sublease one bedroom in a 5 bedroom apartment from as early as May st. Rent would be $/month plus utilities (which would be around another $/month). The apartment and bedroom are fully furnished. The bedroom has the option to come with a bed, headboard, mattress, and desk for no additional cost. The bedroom also has 2 closets. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and 2 full bathrooms. Parking would also be included.
Rent is due on the first of the month (payments would be May st, July 1st). However, the earliest move-in day would be May 8th. Given that move-in wouldn't be until May 8th, I would only charge $ (plus utilities) for the month of May and then the $ for June and July.
