Hoping to share 2-bedroom condo!

Hello!

I’m a twentyfive year-old female working in marketing. I recently got a job in Downtown Toronto (May 1 start) so I need to move ASAP.

If you’re interested in splitting a 2-bedroom condo please don’t hesitate to reach out. My office is on Grenville Street (close to college station) so I’m looking for places within a twentyfive minute walking radius. Ideally I would like to keep it under three-thousand total. I like the look of Temperance Street (third pic), Bloor Street East (1st pic), and buildings with a similar vibe (modern, lots of windows), but I’m open to suggestions.

On a more personal note, I’m an introvert, and I like reading, exercising, cooking, and watching reality TV in my spare time. Overall, very basic. I also have a dog (2-year-old min pin) that I would like to bring to Toronto with me if possible (if not she’ll stay with my parents – I’m not abandoning her!!). With that in mind, I would prefer a roommate who is dog friendly.

I want to live with someone similar in age, clean, friendly, and relatively quiet during the weekdays. I don’t have a preference when it comes to gender.
