Apartment is on the top floor (3rd) with twelve foot ceilings in the living room. Fifteen minutes to Boulder and twenty minutes to Denver. You would have the 2nd bedroom with private bathroom. Unit has a washer and dryer and central heating and AC as well.
I’m a twenty year old who works in healthcare mon-fri. I’m very laid back and like a peaceful home. I love my cats, traveling, exploring new restaurants, working out, and cooking! I mostly keep to myself but would love to get dinner or workout together. Looking for someone similar who is clean in shared spaces. Liking cats is a must, as I have two black cats, Beans is 6 yrs old and Shrimp is 8 months old. Unfortunately no dogs right now but would possibly be open to another cat. I absolutely love the space and Wi-Fi is great.
