Room for Rent Ybor

I am looking for a roommate for my house in Ybor Heights and I prefer to meet at a local coffee shop to get to know you a bit prior to showing my house (for security measures)

A little background on myself, I am years old and I work full time. I am looking for a roommate that keeps the place clean and is full time in school or has a full time job. Since I work + hours myself, I prefer someone more put together and parties outside of the house.

The house is a good size 3-bedroom house, but it only has 1 shared bathroom. I have 1 bedroom currently available (one larger). Also, Ybor Heights is more of the house district of Ybor, so you are living close to Downtown Tampa and minutes away from the Riverwalk, Armature Works, Ybor City, Channelside, etc.
The house contains the following.

Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom - Unfortunately we have to share the bathroom
a. Smaller room available for $
2. Laundry/Dryer machine in house
3. Long Driveway-Must Park in the driveway and or on the Street.
4. Room comes furnished w/ mattress and bedframe and house already furnished.

Basic requirements which I look for in a roommate.
1. No Pets
2. No Couple move ins
3. No Smoking / Drugs
4. Please have a Job that does not work from home or be in full time school.

Regarding the Unit
1. Start with a day lease and 6 months thereafter
2. Utilities are split evenly (Water/Trash)
a. Electric - $ per month for entire house
b. Internet - $ (Around)
3. Requirement to move in
a. Security Deposit of first month’s rent - ($ Large room will be available in July) or ($ small room)
b. 1st months rent of the Room amount ($ Large room)
i. Total amount due for smaller room is $. deposit & $st month rent)
