We are looking for individuals, either college students or professionals, to live with some of our existing tenants. Our existing tenants are looking to renew their lease but they need other housemates to join them. Rent would range from $ depending on the location. You'll be in a private, spacious bedroom, and you may have a private bathroom or shared with just 1 other person. Most of our units include outdoor patio space, security features, and easy street parking. Pets are allowed.

These options would be in the Temple University neighborhood where most off campus housing is located. You'd be just a few blocks from the Broad Street subway line and Regional Rail, and close to the neighborhoods Fishtown, Brewerytown, and Fairmount.

This is for a 1-year lease, with potential to renew for longer. Properties are managed by a reputable ReMax Brokerage. Income verification, credit & background check, and landlord references are required.
