Open Room In May In Boulder!

I am looking to sublease my room in Boulder for the summer. We have a super nice house that is property managed by an independent group, not Fourstar. We are all doing our own things and have jobs but definitely enjoy having friends over for cookouts a few times a week. There is a completely separate basement unit that has an extra room available, as well as one upstairs, so you would have the choice once you see them. There are bathrooms on both levels. A garage and basement for plenty of storage. We have a 4 car open driveway, nice front lawn and very nice back lawn with a turf pit back there for dye and grill-outs. The house was bought and remodeled right before we moved in so it is nice. We are planning to get % of the security deposit back, so we do not want someone who breaks things or is disrespectful of common areas. The only downside is that the walls are thin and the kitchen is small. with people living in, the kitchen gets dirty fast, so you MUST clean up after yourself promptly. The roommates are very cool and it is a really cool spot with an insane view. If you are looking to move to Boulder for the summer, this is the spot! The lease is out on August 8th, we want someone to move in ASAP. Our rent and security deposit are much more than I am asking for this room. Utilities are usually $ per month.
