Hey there, I have two rooms opening up in a bedroom house in the lake city area that will be available come August. Price reflects one room.
The rooms look about the same, and are a downstairs unit somewhat separated from the rest of the house. Street parking only, but plenty of spaces. Shares the guest bathroom with 1 other roommate. Possibility to come partially furnished. We have two kittens, and a turtle so other pets will be on a case to case basis; sorry no dogs. Our schedule as a household is a bit strange; night/ evening & day shifters live here. We are an ecologically minded household and try to reduce waste and energy as best as possible. Queer friendly. Members of our household have scent sensitivities so no cigarettes or strong perfumes. Happy to answer any questions.
