I am looking for a female to rent a room in a three bedroom house starting May . The place is minute walking distance from south P and 5 minute drive to south P. Room is for rent plus utilities per month around dollars which includes everything like Wi-Fi, water bills, gas, ac services. There is a kitchen with everything included like a microwave, oven, toaster, stove. The room includes a bed, mattress, a large desk with chair, curtains, and a bedside drawer plus lights and a lamp. The bathroom is mostly just used by the person renting the room, only needs to be shared once or twice a week with one other person to shower. The other two roommates are barely home as one is a full time student and works and the other is a medical student so the place is quiet most of the time and has full security details such as alarms.
