Room for Rent in Edgewater

Renting a room w/ spacious walk-in closet in Edgewater for three months from June to August. Roommates are my brother (thirty one) and myself (thirty). We are clean and organized and are looking for a roommate that is the same. Apartment and room is fully furnished (can remove furniture from room if needed). Washer/Dryer in unit. Tenth floor balcony view of the Bay. Apartment building has gym and pool. Close access to Wynwood, Midtown, Downtown, Brickell, Design District, Miami Beach. No pets. Utilities split on a monthly basis when bill arrives. Street parking for free (we park on street and never had an issue) or $one hundred fifty/month for a parking spot in building. $one hundred fifty move-in fee if elevator reservation is needed for room furniture..
