Seeking Roommate- August 1 Move In

Hi! I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2-bedroom apartment on Iris Ave in North Boulder on August 1st. Rent would be $ year. Roommate would have their own bedroom and bathroom, and there is a nice shared living room and kitchen. Extremely easy parking right by the front door. AC, laundry in building, no pets allowed.

- I work in digital marketing, and work remotely from home during the week
- I love soccer, I watch games every weekend and play a few times a week
- I am pretty into music, love going to concerts and play guitar and bass
- I like playing video games, have a Nintendo Switch, and just got a gaming computer
- I spend a lot of time hanging out at home, but also like to socialize and go out and have fun!
