The Rest Nest - Quiet, Clean &Safe

A large bedroom home with plenty of space. Suitable for students or working people who see a quiet. clean and safe place to rest when they return from all their hard-work. Room rates vary depending on each room. Each bedroom has combination door locks and cameras are installed in the hallways. Not the place for loud activity, etc. - in respect for the different work schedules of other housemates. Also no outside guest will be allowed for safety purposes. Internet, laundry room, kitchen equipment, etc. are available. Private driveway parking, screened-in porch, living room, kitchen and large backyard. Desks and or sofas may be added to the private rooms upon request. Large televisions and dresser drawers and closets included. All currently available bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. Home is located near shopping plazas, restaurants, walking trails, parks, lakes and rivers, and not too far from the hospitals, colleges, Research Park and RSA. Renting terms are flexible (depending on each situation) but payments should be made consistently and prior to stays. This set up works well for studious college students (who prefer a quieter setting than a dormitory), traveling professionals or medical staff, or manufacturers who travel and reside in Huntsville for work. Past guest have rented rooms while on TDY at RSA or Research Park, Contractors, Polaris employees and students. Tenants will be selected based similar work schedules and situations.
