Tech Nomad Looking For Room

Hi there! My name is Jacob Leonard, late twenties, and I just moved to NYC from Los Angeles. Originally from the east coast (Amherst, MA) but went to school in Los Angeles. I love to hike and go on outdoor adventures, have been exploring the city to see things and meet new people, and typically spend little time in my room or apartment as of late - altho a very cozy and home body person when the time is right. I work in tech as a data engineer for a company that does carbon offsetting for e-commerce, so I’m pretty busy with that. I try to cook as much as I can but am a sucker for a New York deli sandwich, but am an avid meal prep and gym/runner person. Like to stay fit and active, recovering stoner but don’t mind if others do it, and would absolutely love a place with a backyard or garden if possible. Have a party side that comes out when around the right people or need to distress. Very lgbtq+ friendly and can live with people of all identities and backgrounds. I myself come off as a bit of a white bro at times but a hippie stoner farm boy on the inside :) I’m definitely someone who’s more productive in the mornings, and like to go to the gym in the evenings
