Private Unfurnished Room & Bathroom

Hi, my name is Saba. My roommate is moving out end of June and I'm looking for someone to take his spot on the lease, ending Feb Fifteenth Twenty Twenty Four

It's a beautiful unfurnished private bedroom and bathroom in a shared bath condo overlooking the Miami River and the Atlantic Ocean.

Water is included in the rent but electricity and wifi are not. Parking is not included but available through the building.

I have 2 pomsky dogs who are very chill and loving. The building has 2 pools, a jacuzzi, valet service, 3-floor gym, a steam room, a sauna, and an exclusive Michelin restaurant on the Miami River.

REQUIREMENTS:

Background check with the condo
2k deposit
1 small dog or cat is ok if they're friendly
No couples
Must sign the current lease
