Need an affordable space

Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent, preferably furnished, under $ per month. I’m very quiet. I mostly meditate and write books. I work days a week so I’m usually gone. My children will occasionally visit but they are also quiet and calm. I take excellent care of the space I’m in and keep to myself. Respectful of other’s lives and personalities. Reliable.
