My wife and I are offering a furnished Private Bedroom and Private Bathroom in our 2 story home located on the second (2nd) floor of our home. We are a married, straight couple, residing with 2 small friendly dogs and 2 caged birds. References, job or income verification, and Background check is required prior to approval. We are requesting a minimum 6 month lease with a month to month agreement offered at the end of the successful lease period. First month rent and matching security deposit required upon approval.
