My name is Julian. I’m y/o, have lived in NYC for years, went to NYU, and currently work freelance production + marketing in the event industry with venues, festivals, and agencies. I’m very clean, calm, and respectful of others’ space. I value clean common areas and respectful noise levels at late hours. I also value a social environment and space where we can unwind, cook, and watch TV.
