My main academic interests are human rights and international law, which is why I’m very excited to have the opportunity to intern at the Austrian Mission to the UN from September 1st to November 30th. Due to some dietary restrictions (I’m vegetarian and lactose intolerant), staying in a boarding house isn’t the best option for me. That’s why I’m currently looking for accommodation through other routes. A bit more about me: I’m a very clean and organized person. I value having my own space, but I also enjoy socializing from time to time. I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which includes cooking for myself and staying active. In Vienna, I’m part of a swimming club and train about 3–4 times a week, and I also enjoy going to the gym. I’d love to continue this routine while working a 9–5 schedule in NYC. I don’t smoke and would prefer a roommate who doesn’t either. Although my internship starts in September, I would ideally like to move in in late August and stay until early December. Ideally I am looking for a place close to the UN Headquarters and reachable by public transport within 30 Minutes. I would prefer to rent or sublet directly from the owner or current renter (no realtors, please). I would love to hear from you!
